We make every effort to display our products and their specifications (fitment, dimensions, finish, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, or error-free.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
• Availability: Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our sole discretion.
• Images: Product photographs are representative. Actual wheel finish, color, and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

5. Fitment Responsibility

While we provide fitment data (Year, Make, Model) for each wheel listed on the Site, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to verify that a wheel is correct for their specific vehicle before purchasing and before installation. Fitment data is provided as a guide and may not account for every trim level, submodel, factory option package, or aftermarket modification.

• Always confirm the wheel diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, and center bore match your vehicle's requirements.
• If you are unsure whether a wheel fits your vehicle, contact us before ordering.
• OEMWheel.com is not liable for any damage, injury, or expense resulting from the installation of a wheel that does not properly fit your vehicle.

6. Trademarks & Manufacturer Affiliation

OEMWheel.com is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. All manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks — including but not limited to Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Ram, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, Jeep, GMC, Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus, Acura, Infiniti, and all others — are the property of their respective owners.

These names and marks are used on the Site solely for the purpose of identifying compatible replacement wheels. Their use does not imply any relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement between OEMWheel.com and any vehicle manufacturer.

7. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the item ships.
• You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including restocking fees and condition requirements for returned items.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, data compilations, and software — is the property of OEMWheel.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or that fitment data is free of errors — always verify fitment for your specific vehicle before installation.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OEMWHEEL.COM AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OEMWheel.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Blount County, Tennessee.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
