Free Ground Shipping

Where We Ship

OEMWheel.com ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, or international destinations.

Our checkout will reject orders with shipping addresses in Alaska or Hawaii (ZIP codes beginning with 967, 968, 995, 996, 997, 998, or 999) regardless of the state field entered.

Shipping Cost

Ground shipping is free on every order to the contiguous US. There is no minimum order value, no per-wheel surcharge, and no oversized handling fee. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay (plus applicable sales tax for orders shipping to Tennessee).

Expedited shipping is not currently offered as a standard option. If you need a wheel by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will see what we can do.

Handling Time

Orders are processed and shipped within one to two (1–2) business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, or any time on weekends or US federal holidays, are processed the next business day.

Carriers and Transit Times

We ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground. Carrier selection depends on the destination, package weight, and warehouse origin. Once a shipment leaves our supplier network, transit times are typically:

Total delivery time = handling time + transit time. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (Black Friday, holidays) can extend delivery.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier's website after the label is created. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Multi-Wheel Orders

Wheels may ship from one or more of our supplier warehouses. Multi-wheel orders may arrive in separate shipments on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Delivery Address Requirements

  • Address must be a physical street address. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Address must be in the 48 contiguous United States.
  • An adult signature may be required at delivery, depending on order value and carrier policy.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of order. Address changes after shipment may incur a carrier intercept fee.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and will send a replacement or full refund at our expense.

If a shipment is marked delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a carrier investigation.
