Overview
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Please review the details below.
Our Mistake or Shipping Damage
If we sent the wrong wheel or your order arrives damaged in transit, we'll cover return shipping both ways and issue a full refund or exchange โ no restocking fee. Just contact us and we'll take care of everything.
Changed Your Mind or Ordered Incorrectly
If the item simply isn't what you need, you may still return it within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will apply to cover original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for return shipping.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and must not have been mounted to a vehicle. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Wheels that have been mounted, driven on, or test-fitted to a vehicle.
- Items that show signs of damage, modification, or use beyond inspection.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 1โ2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
How to Start a Return
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number ready โ we'll walk you through the next steps.
- Reach out by email or phone (see below) to obtain your RMA number.
- Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address below.
